EdExec Live is the inaugural event for school business managers from Education Executive magazine, taking place on Friday, 22 June 2012 at London's Business Design Centre.

For those of you who don't yet know about it, EdExec Live is intended as an event for school business managers and financial leaders in the world of education - essentially a live version of Education Executive magazine.

After attending a fair few shows in our time, what we at EdExec felt was missing was an independently run show targeted at financial and administrative leaders in schools. We've chosen to make collaboration and focused information central to the day, which will run from 9am to 5pm.

The day's schedule will be divided between short, half-hour clinics with a leader in the legal, HR, ICT and accountancy fields; and longer seminars, which will provide more opportunity for collaboration between the audience and their presenters, and will run on a series of topics including:

The pros and cons of joining a federation
Changes to the funding formula
Learning from the independents
Running a 21^st century school.

The event will also feature keynote speakers from the world of education administration and finance, as well as a value-added exhibition.
